This place is a gem! the location is perfect, situated away from the noisy promenade yet close to the coast. You'll love the quiet neighborhood. the rooms are cozy with beautiful traditional balconies and great views of the sea. the service is amazing, staff is welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast, made with ingredients from the garden, is delicious! the bathrooms are clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities. the hostel/guesthouse provides transportation services and is sometimes flexible about breakfast times.
While the beds are not uncomfortable, the pricing of the small twin room without curtains can be considered overpriced compared to similar establishments.

A good stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. The homemade jams and honey were a highlight. The uphill walk to the hostel was manageable and the streets were well signposted. The hosts were helpful and provided valuable advice on exploring Sarande and Ksamil. The view from the apartment was magnificent, overlooking the waterfront, promenade, sea, and Corfu island.
It was all superb.

During our romantic escape in September, we stayed in a room with a fantastic balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. the room had a comfortable bed and a functioning air conditioning system. the staff serving us breakfast was friendly, offering freshly cooked local meals and excellent coffee. the hotel was located close enough to the beach and other tourist attractions.
The hotel was situated on a hill, which meant a steep climb to get to the hotel. Parking was limited, and this could be challenging during peak season.

The hotel offered a warm welcome and a delicious homemade breakfast. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the shoreline. The location was perfect, close to the beach, with plenty of free parking available. The staff was friendly and provided great suggestions for romantic spots to visit in the area.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find initially as it was not well-marked on Google Maps. The walk up to the hotel from the beach was quite steep and tiring, but the view made it worth it.

The hostel is incredibly good value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-maintained rooms with separate bathrooms and AC, to the delicious homemade breakfast served on the balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect - situated in a very silent area of the city, it is still conveniently close to the bus stop and the city center.
All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.
